Terms of Service

Contour & Sculpt Aesthetics
Last Updated: March 25, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Contour & Sculpt Aesthetics website, online booking tools, text and email communications, and related services. By accessing our website or booking or receiving services from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Services

Contour & Sculpt Aesthetics is a Texas medical spa offering aesthetic and wellness-related services. Some services may be medical or medically delegated cosmetic procedures.

Under Texas Medical Board guidance, nonsurgical medical procedures performed in Texas, including those commonly offered at med spas, must be delegated by a licensed physician. Texas does not currently have a separate med spa registration. (Texas Municipal Bureau)

2. Website Content Is Not Medical Advice

The content on this website is for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a provider-patient relationship by itself.

A provider-patient relationship is formed only after appropriate consultation, evaluation, and acceptance by the practice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to independently book and consent to services unless a parent, guardian, or legally authorized representative is involved and all applicable consent requirements are met.

We reserve the right to refuse service where treatment is inappropriate, unsafe, contraindicated, incomplete from a documentation standpoint, or otherwise not permitted.

4. Consultations and Treatment Decisions

All treatments are subject to consultation, medical review where applicable, contraindications, product availability, and professional judgment.

A consultation does not guarantee treatment. We may recommend against a service, postpone treatment, require additional medical clearance, or modify a treatment plan based on safety or legal requirements.

5. Booking, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, by text, or in person.

Our booking policies may include the following:

  • We may require a deposit to hold an appointment.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations may result in a fee of $50.
  • No-shows may result in a fee of $100 or loss of deposit.
  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

Our published cancellation and refund policies match our business practices because Texas consumer protection law prohibits false, misleading, or deceptive conduct in commerce. (Texas Attorney General)

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices, promotions, and service availability may change at any time without notice unless otherwise required by law.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may accept approved forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, financing options, gift cards, cash, packages, or memberships.

You agree to pay all charges you incur, including service fees, applicable cancellation fees, and any valid charges associated with your account.

7. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Consultation fees are nonrefundable
  • Completed services are nonrefundable
  • Retail product returns are subject to our in-store return policy
  • Packages, memberships, prepaid services, gift cards, and promotional purchases may have separate written terms

Results vary from person to person, so payment is for the service provided, not for a guaranteed outcome.

8. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific treatment results, timelines, duration of outcomes, or satisfaction. Before-and-after photographs, testimonials, or examples on our website are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar results.

9. Your Responsibilities

By booking or receiving services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Disclose relevant medical history and changes in health status
  • Follow pre-care and aftercare instructions
  • Use our website and services lawfully
  • Treat staff, providers, and other clients respectfully

Failure to follow instructions or provide complete information may affect your eligibility for treatment and your results.

10. Communications Consent

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text regarding appointments, scheduling, service updates, follow-up care, and billing. With proper consent where required, we may also send marketing communications.

Message and data rates may apply.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, logos, images, videos, layout, and copy, is owned by or licensed to Contour & Sculpt Aesthetics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate third-party tools for scheduling, payments, financing, communication, analytics, or social media. Your use of those tools may also be subject to separate third-party terms and privacy policies.

13. Promotions, Memberships, Packages, and Gift Cards

Promotions, discounts, referral credits, memberships, prepaid packages, and gift cards may be subject to separate terms, expiration rules, exclusions, provider availability, and restrictions on transferability.

Those separate terms will control where applicable.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with site functionality or security
  • Submit false identity, health, or payment information
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse staff or providers
  • Use automated tools to scrape or misuse site content
  • Misrepresent your eligibility for treatment

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contour & Sculpt Aesthetics and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive liability that cannot be waived under Texas law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Contour & Sculpt Aesthetics and its related parties from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or false statements you provide.

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Williamson, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on our website. The updated version will be effective as of the revised date shown above.
